Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup light cream

Noodles

  • 1 shin ramyun

Water

  • 2 cup water

Seasoning

  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Garnishing

  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil.

  • Add the seasoning packet contents (dry seasoning). Stir well and let it boil for few minutes.
  • Then, pour cream and stir in the cream until fully mixed in.

  • Next, add the noodles and let it cook for a few minutes on a medium high heat.

  • Once the broth starts boiling, crack the egg into the pot. Gently stir the egg throughout the soup.
