  • 2 medium sized tomatoes

Seasoning

  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp lemon

Vegetable

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup fresh mint
  • 2-3 green chilies

Instructions

  • Boil the tomatoes until cooked, then peel off the outer layer.

  • Combine the boiled tomatoes with mint, garlic, green chili, lemon and salt in a blender until you achieve a smooth paste.
