Add oil to the pan.
1 tbsp frying chicken
Once hot, add chicken. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Once cooked, transfer it to a bowl.
Boil tomato and red chili for 5 minutes on high heat until they're well cooked. If you prefer, you can grill instead.

Remove the outer layer of tomato. Add tomato and red chili to the silauta and make tomato paste.
Then add chopped onion, cilantro, green onion, minced ginger, garlic, and tomato paste to the bowl.
⅓ cup chopped red onion, ⅓ cup chopped cilantro, 1 green chili (As per taste), 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt (As per taste), 1 tsp minced ginger & garlic, 1 tbsp chopped green onion (optional)
Next, add all spices, lemon and salt to the bowl.
