Ingredients

Meat

  • 0.5 lb pork loin

Seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp ginger & garlic paste

Oil

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Other

  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped potato
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Water

  • cup water

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    1 tbsp olive oil
  • Add pork chunks and cook until lightly browned.
    0.5 lb pork loin
  • Then, add onion and continue cooking until softened.
    ½ cup chopped onion
  • Add chopped potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
    1 cup chopped potato
  • Mix in ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and ginger garlic paste to pan. Cook for a few minutes.
    ¼ tsp Ground cumin, ½ tsp ground turmeric, ½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder, ½ tbsp ginger & garlic paste, ¼ tsp Ground coriander
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
    ½ cup chopped tomato
  • Pour in just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes until pork and potatoes are very tender.

  • Season with salt and finally top with chopped cilantro before serving over rice or with naan bread.
