Rice
- 2 cups cooked rice (leftover rice)
Oil
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
Shrimp
- 8-9 pieces of cooked shrimp (frozen)
Vegetables
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Seasoning
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
Heat the oil in a skillet in medium-high heat.

Once hot, add garlic and sauté it for a few minutes.
