Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil or any vegetable oil of your choice
Vegetables
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp frozen peas or any vegetable of your choice ( or Carrots, pepper)
Sauce
- ½ tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ tbsp siracha sauce or any spicy sauce
Seasoning
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- salt (as needed) ( Please be cautious when adding salt.
Add two cups of warm water to the noodles in a bowl to soften them. Let the noodles soak for 10 minutes until soft. Using a strainer, strain the noodles once they are soft.
2 cup warm water, 1 wai Wai Noodles (Chicken or Vegetarian flavor)
Pour one tablespoon of oil into the pan. Once the oil is hot, add the onion. Stir fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium-high heat until the onion softens and turns light brown.

Then add the egg and cook it for two to three minutes.

Add peas after that. Mix everything together, add noodles, and stir-fry them for a few minutes.

Finally, add all seasonings and sauces to the pan. Stir everything together and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add salt if neededGarnish with your favorite herbs! It's time to serve the wai wai noodles. ½ tbsp tomato sauce, ½ tbsp siracha sauce or any spicy sauce, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp kashmiri red chili powder, salt (as needed)
# Wai wai comes with its own masala powder that contains salt, and wai wai itself is salty, so please be cautious when adding salt.
# If you wish, you can garnish it with cilantro or green onions.
# Feel free to substitute with your favorite vegetables. I am using green peas only, but add any vegetables of your choice.
